Hull North MP Diana Johnson led a House of Commons debate on anti-social behaviour.
 
The Labour MP highlighted the problems experienced in parts of Hull North and the consequences of cuts to policing started in 2010 under the Tory/ Lib Dem Coalition Government and their weakening of the powers available to combat anti-social behaviour.
