Ahead of a potential Commons vote, Hull North MP Diana Johnson has asked constituents for their views on extending UK airstrikes against Daesh from Iraq to Syria.
Diana Johnson MP said: “If and when the House of Commons votes on the Prime Minister’s plans for extending UK airstrikes from Iraq into Syria, it’s the duty of all MPs to think deeply about the best option for the long-term security of our country against Daesh terrorists and for peace in the Middle East.
“We are still waiting to see exactly what the Prime Minister proposes in any motion he brings to Parliament. Ahead of this, I want to hear from the widest range of Hull North constituents.
