Diana re-elected as Hull North's MP with increased majority

Diana Johnson was re-elected as the Labour MP for Hull North in the early hours of Friday 9 June.
Diana attracted 23,685 votes, a vote share of 63.7%, giving her a 14,322 majority over the Tories - up from the 12,899 majority Diana had at the 2015 Election.
In her acceptance speech, Diana praised the increased voter turnout in Hull after the terror attacks in Manchester and London that took place during the General Election campaign.
