Diana Johnson MP today told the House of Commons about her experience of anti-social 'yobs' on motorbikes in the Quadrant area of the North Hull Estate.
The Hull North MP called for the local police to get all the resources, powers and support needed to tackle the scourge of youths riding motorbikes at speed around estate roads without number plates or helmets and with their faces covered.
